About Us

Heidi Collins, CEO & Founder, Chief JournoMarketer™

  Heidi Collins is an Emmy, Peabody, Dupont & Edward R. Murrow Award-winning television news anchor & correspondent--turned corporate storyteller, entrepreneur and JournoMarketer™.

After 23 years in front of the camera for NBC-TV, CBS-TV, FOX-TV and her own show on CNN, Heidi’s curiosity about what true storytelling could do for brands, got the best of her. She was recruited by the CEO of a major health & wellness brand and created the company’s first Editorial Media division: a shared service inside the enterprise. 

She built a team, comprised 100% of professional TV news journalists.  Together they founded a successful member-facing editorial page with undeniably favorable engagement metrics. 

She and her crews published 55 brand films.  It made other brands take notice and prompted the idea of entrepreneurship.  They quickly became clients. 

Heidi is grateful and proud to have founded Storybones Media, a video brand storytelling company, centered on JournoMarketing™.  The definition of how television news journalists work best with brands to market their products.  They are touching stories told from a non-sell, organic approach that resonates across mass audiences.
